Marc is responsible for the experience consumers have when finding their next car on Auto Trader, overseeing product, technology and design teams. Before joining the Company in 2013 he worked for uSwitch where he led a digital marketing and development team to build personal finance solutions, including a new car insurance proposition.
Prior to uSwitch, Marc was a consultant at ThoughtWorks where he built their Global Experience Design Practice, helping clients build products that their customers love. Marc’s digital career began at Accenture where he helped set up and run the Interactive Design Group. He previously worked for DfID in Ghana, improving technology transfer to rural communities. Co-author of the book Agile Experience Design, Marc holds a PhD in Human Factors.
