Exceptional customer service recognised with Auto Trader Highly Rated 2022
Auto Trader will be helping retailers showcase their exceptional customer service this week, with the launch of its Auto Trader Highly Rated 2022.
Retailers across the UK who have been consistently recognised by their customers as providing an outstanding experience by rating them highly on Auto Trader will be receiving a collection of exclusive Highly Rated assets, including stickers and digital logos to promote their excellence across their physical and digital showrooms. What’s more, retailers meeting the criteria will also have a Highly Rated logo added to their Auto Trader profile page and Retailer Store for maximum visibility.
To qualify for Highly Rated accreditation, retailers must have met the following in the last 12 months:

Even prior to the pandemic, meeting our strict criteria was a huge achievement, but it is especially so in today’s increasingly competitive and complex retail landscape.

Retailers posting photos of their Highly Rated sticker on display in their dealership will have the chance to win a prize, as well as have their post shared with Auto Trader’s 1.6 million followers on its consumer facing social media channels.To qualify, retailers need to post from Monday 18th July to Monday 8th August 2022 and tag one of the Auto Trader Insight accounts on Twitter (@ATInsight), LinkedIn (Auto Trader Insight) or on Instagram (@autotraderinsight), along with the hashtag #ATHighlyRated2022.
