EV Live Back at Blenheim
EV LIVE will take place between 7th - 9th July 2023 at Blenheim Palace
EV LIVE, sponsored by Auto Trader, will return for a second year at Blenheim Palace after a successful 2022 event that welcomed over 12,000 attendees. EV LIVE provides an opportunity to get up close to electric vehicles (EVs) firsthand and learn more about how the vehicles can fit into any lifestyle.
Featuring over 100 organisations who can demystify owning and charging EVs as well as wider sustainable lifestyle topics such as solar energy, battery storage and heat pumps, the event is open to all Blenheim Palace visitors to attend and will offer a variety of EVs to test drive.
Rory Reid, ex-Top Gear presenter and YouTube Director at Auto Trader will be on hand to give top buying advice, from which model will best suit your lifestyle to helping drivers understand 'Is now the right time to buy electric?'
Joining the line-up for the event is Abigayle Andre, also known as SheTalksCars, who will be hosting the Electric Stage on Friday. Abigayle is a car journalist, content creator and presenter who informs the public on all things cars, including going electric.
Blenheim Palace features the Marlborough Maze, a two-mile yew-tree based maze, and has recently opened a new adventure park for children, making the Palace a great family day out. Additionally, visitors to EV LIVE can expect a range of immersive, educational and entertaining features centred around EVs and sustainable living.

Test drives are a centrepiece of EV LIVE with EVs being available to test drive across the three days with vehicles from BMW, MINI, Peugeot, Hyundai, Tesla, Ford, Nissan and new entrants, BYD and GWM ORA. There will also be several ebikes available to ride from Riese and Muller and Advanced.
Ade Thomas also added: “This year’s EV LIVE will feature a major new element, the Electric Stage, sponsored by OVO. This will deliver a rolling series of talks giving people a better understanding of how EVs and EV charging works, also giving drivers the opportunity to ask questions – as our experts are on hand to help demystify EVs.”

“This event provides the perfect opportunity to find out more about the world of electric vehicles as part of a great day out.
“We began electrifying our estate fleet of vehicles back in 2018 and have installed EV charging points at our Estate Office and outside the Palace,” she added.
In accordance with its 10 Goals Strategy, Blenheim is committed to becoming carbon neutral on scopes 1-3 of the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) protocol across all its operations by 2027 and, beyond that, to remove 230,000 tonnes CO2e from the atmosphere by 2050.
